Induction cooking kettle KPI-45; (time to reach operating mode 35 min.; power consumption 5 kW.) 810*580*1315 Description and characteristics The induction kettle is cost-effective, as it consumes several times less electricity compared to conventional electric cooking kettles. The KPI design is made entirely of food-grade stainless steel. The kettle consists of the following main units: a cooking kettle with a lid, a body, a stand for control and filling valves, a control unit, a rotation mechanism, and a support. The design of the cooking kettle is a tank with a nominal capacity of 45 liters, installed on a durable stand concreted into the floor. The KPI operation is controlled using a remote control installed on the right support stand. For the convenience of pouring water for cooking and cleaning the kettle after use, the product is equipped with a mixer tap. The Chelyabtorgtekhnika KPI-45 boiler enters active mode in 35 minutes, and heats up to 95 C in 40 minutes of operation. The boiler is used in production and in catering establishments for preparing drinks and dishes. A tap for pouring water is an option for the model. To remove the prepared dish, the boiler is equipped with a tilting system located on the left support post. The operation of the induction boiler is based on the principle of induction: when the boiler is connected to the power grid, the induction coil with a magnetic field begins to create eddy currents on the surface of the bottom of the tank. The bottom of the tank has ferromagnetic properties (properties to attract a magnet), it is thick enough, because heat is generated inside it, due to which the contents (water, broth, porridge, etc.) are heated in the tank. The induction cooking kettle has a non-separable design. The frame is made of a 40x40 and 80x40 profile pipe, painted with gray powder paint. The legs have plates with holes for fastening to the floor. The kettle is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, 1.2 in thick. Perfect as a syrup cooker.
