It can be used to make soups and broths, as well as for boiling water. The KPEM 160P food boiler is designed for use on the territory of medium and large enterprises. The volume of the cooking tank (crucible) of the Abat KPEM-160P food boiler is 160 liters. The tank is filled with water by feeding it from the water supply system, since the boiler is connected to the water supply during installation. This method of operation significantly speeds up and simplifies operation. During cooking, the food products are processed in the cooking vessel of the boiler using steam supplied to the steam-water jacket from the external steam generator. Thus, the ingredients of the dish are indirectly heated using steam. Such a heat treatment system is the best protection against food burning. The Abat KPEM-160P food cooking boiler is equipped with a lid that is easily fixed at any angle above the boiler body, thanks to the spring fastening mechanism, and is firmly held on the surface of the body in the closed position, ensuring complete tightness of the cooking vessel.
