Abat KPEM-160 O food cooking kettle, without mixer, 160 l, 120°C, steam jacket, tilting, programmable control, 18.2 kW, 1363x950x1164 in, 400 V Abat KPEM-160 O food cooking kettle is a highly functional device that allows you to cook large batches of broths and soups, liquid porridges and third courses. The model can be used in a professional kitchen independently of other process equipment or as part of a single heating line. The KPEM 160 O food cooking kettle allows you to cook a wide range of dishes from various ingredients: • vegetable and legume puree soups, • pilaf, • egg dishes, • stewed chicken, • stewed meat (goulash), • porridge, • side dishes based on cereals. The Abat KPEM-160 O electric food boiler is equipped with a mixing mechanism, which makes it easy to cook dishes with a uniform structure. To drain the finished dishes, the tilting function is activated: the body and the cooking vessel located in it change their vertical position, which makes it easy to remove the dish by moving it to a substituted container. The heating principle is based on the effect on the products of heat coming from the built-in steam-water jacket. The gentle effect of steam prevents the bottom of the cooking vessel from drying out and food products from sticking to its surface. The heating elements are equipped with a dry-run protection system: heating does not start if there is no water in the cooking vessel. The body and surfaces of the cooking vessel of the Abat KPEM-160 O boiler are made of stainless steel. The boiler is delivered complete with a mounting frame concreted into the floor.
