Abat KPEM-100-OMP food kettle, with mixer, TFT screen, 100 l, steam jacket, programmable control, 1363x950x1164 in, 21 kW, 440 V Abat KPEM-100-OMP food kettle is used to prepare large batches of liquid consistency dishes: sauces, broths, soups, liquid porridges. It is also allowed to use the kettle to create second and third courses. The equipment is equipped with a mixing organ, which can be activated during operation or not. Thus, cooking can be done both with and without mixing. The Abat KPEM-100-OMP electric food kettle has a complex design, which includes the following components: • a capacious cooking chamber with a volume of 100 liters; • USB port, • TFT screen, • mixer with lower drive, • highly functional programmable control system with remote control; • shower device. The coating of the cooking chamber is made of seamlessly drawn steel and is made of AISI316L. The outer casing is made of AISI304 stainless steel. The memory of the boiler control system is designed for 120 cooking programs, and each of them can be divided into 4 separate stages. The mixer has an easily removable design. The mixer operates in one of 6 modes, which differ in the direction of movement and the number of pauses. The movement of the mixer and pauses are set by the user using the control system. Operating modes of the Abat KPEM-100-OMP food boiler: • heat treatment of products at a set temperature; • 2 cooling modes; • programmable operating mode. The KPEM 100-OMP food boiler is equipped with a tilting function for draining the finished dish. The boiler is fixed to the floor using foundation bolts of the M10x100 type. It is assumed that the boiler will be installed as part of kitchen technological lines.
