The low-temperature oven TTM Istoma LIGHT has the following design features: • the chamber is designed to accommodate 10 GN2/1 gastronorm containers (not included in the delivery set); • the distance between 2 adjacent baking sheets is 40 in; • the door has a durable tempered glass built into it, which is stable even when operating at maximum power; • the door is fastened with hinges on the right side of the chamber; • the 3D Surround Heat heating element distribution system ensures uniform heating throughout the entire chamber, eliminating the need for convection; • the body is made of stainless steel.
