The cooled table is used for cutting and slicing meat, fish, seafood. The table has a cooled surface, the temperature of which is regulated within the range from +1 to +10°C. Carrying out mechanical processing of food products on a cooled tabletop prevents rapid spoilage of products and allows you to keep them fresh for a long time. The design of the cooled table Abat PVV(N)-70SO consists of a steel case, cooling and control systems, a spacious compartment for storing products, two sliding doors, a wide tabletop and 4 height-adjustable support legs. Low temperatures are generated by the table's refrigeration system using environmentally friendly refrigerant R404a. The refrigeration unit is located on the left side of the cooled table's body. Operation of the professional refrigerated table Abat PVV(N)-70SO is possible at an ambient temperature in the range from +12 to +32°C. The optimum humidity level for operation should be maintained in the range from 40 to 70%. The surfaces of the body, tabletop, both doors, and support legs are made of stainless steel.
