The equipment is used in the territory of food industry enterprises, in the kitchens of public catering and trade establishments. The table is used for processing food products during the preparation of sandwiches, for cooling and short-term storage of perishable goods and drinks. The body of the refrigerated table is made of stainless steel. The door has a layer of high-density polyurethane thermal insulation and seals made of heat-efficient ABS plastic (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), which does not allow condensation, the back side and bottom are made of galvanized steel, the floor is made of stainless steel with aluminum inserts on the sides and back, adjustable shelves are made of thick wire with vinyl coating. Its operation will be relevant for small cafes and bars, as well as for bakeries, pizzerias, canteens and restaurants. Installation of the Turbo Air KHR12-2-700 refrigerated table is possible both as an independent version and as part of a technological line in a professional kitchen.
