The table design is a combination of a work surface and a refrigeration chamber, and also includes a refrigerated display case with gastronorm containers for laying out pizza ingredients. Gastrorag refrigerated pizza tables have durable countertops made of solid granite slabs. This work surface was not chosen by chance. In addition to the high strength and wear resistance of the material, the polished granite slab is extremely smooth, which makes it easy to form cakes with a soft and dense structure. The refrigeration chamber of the table is equipped with two hinged blind doors (opaque). The chamber has 2 pairs of guides for convenient installation of baking sheets measuring 600x400 in.
