The table is designed for the most convenient and ergonomic organization of the workspace in the kitchen. This is especially important for small work areas. The pizza table is highly functional refrigeration equipment. The design optimally combines cooling and storage of products with the ability to comfortably work for the chef on a durable granite platform. The Gastrorag PS900 SEC pizza table is equipped with a spacious cooling cabinet located under the table top. It is convenient to store dough blanks, ready-made crusts for future pizza, as well as other packaged food products. Access to the cabinet is provided through two durable hinged doors. Both doors are self-closing, equipped with a return mechanism to ensure tight closing. The cooling cabinet chamber is made of aluminum. The cooling system has a built-in fan to ensure forced acceleration of cold air in the working volume. The cooling level in the chamber is regulated within the range from +2 to +10 °C. Ecologically safe and approved refrigerant - freon R134 is used for cooling. The control system is equipped with an electronic digital thermostat. Other characteristics of the cooling system: • 50 in thick body insulation; • electronic digital thermostat; • automatic condensate evaporation; • door heating system around the perimeter to eliminate condensate; • automatic condensate evaporation. At the back of the countertop there is a salad bar designed for installing 5 GN 1/6 gastronorm containers. Each gastronorm container is convenient to use for sliced and shredded pizza ingredients. ATTENTION! Gastronorm containers are not included in the delivery set and must be purchased separately.
