The difference between a frying pan and, for example, a food boiler, which is also used to create dishes in tens and even hundreds of liters, is that the frying pan can be used for different types of heat treatment: frying, stewing, braising, boiling. A frying pan of this model is suitable for use in the kitchens of canteens and food processing plants. Electric tilting frying pan Apach APSE-89 has the following design and functional features: • the volume of the cooking container is 80 liters; • the overall dimensions of the cooking bowl are 790x690x200 in; • the temperature mode is regulated within the range from +75 to +270 °C; • the equipment control system is equipped with signal lamps; • the surfaces of the body and the space of the cooking container are made of stainless steel; • the frying pan is equipped with a tilting function for easy removal of prepared dishes; • a manual tilting system is provided (without automatic lowering); • the frying pan has a convenient screw mechanism for raising and lowering the bowl; • the front part of the frying pan is additionally equipped with a drain tap for the possibility of portioning the prepared dish into the containers placed underneath; • in the lower part of the structure there are support legs, adjustable in height.
