Steamer Hurakan HKN-DS2, tabletop, 3 heating elements, 5 baskets, 9 kW, 380 V, 590x540x450 in Professional steamer Hurakan HKN-DS2 is used for the continuous production of a special dish of Chinese cuisine, the so-called Chinese dumplings, or dim sum. This type of dough dish with filling is placed in baskets made of bamboo before being placed in the working containers of the steamer, due to which, during the heat treatment, the blanks are impregnated with a special smell and acquire a unique, incomparable aroma. In addition to cooking Chinese dumplings, a steamer of this model can be successfully used to create other types of dough blanks with meat, fish or vegetable fillings: regular dumplings, manti, khinkali and others. Characteristic design and operational features: • when installed in a hot shop of the enterprise, the Hurakan HKN-DS2 steamer must be connected to the local water supply system; • the heating system, including 3 heating elements, is located in the body of the device; • the equipment is equipped with 5 working baskets for loading blanks, each of which has perforation holes in the bottom to allow free passage of steam; • the diameter of each heated container is 47 in; • the upper part of the structure is covered with a lid, which is equipped with an easy-to-grip handle; • the heating system is directly connected to the steam-water jacket, which generates steam and supplies it to all working baskets vertically, from the bottom up; • all structural elements of the Hurakan HKN-DS2 steamer are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel; • the steamer is controlled using a simple electromechanical control panel, equipped with a switch for turning the heating elements on and off, as well as signal lamps; • the steamer structure is installed on a stable stand; • the model is installed on the floor.
