The stove is intended for use in restaurants, canteens and large cafes. Due to the large number of platforms for installing cookware on the stove, it became possible to simultaneously prepare ingredients (stew, fry, sauté) for several different dishes. In general, the stove has 5 heating zones, each of which is controlled by a separate independent rotary thermostat. In the lower part of the stove there are two open-type neutral cabinets (without doors), which can be used for storing or temporarily storing dishes and auxiliary materials.
