Products can be laid out either directly on the work surface or in heat-resistant containers. Stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, mechanical damage and other negative influences, is used as the material for the work surface. Airhot WT-1 food warmers have a tabletop design. Dishes and products are laid out on the lower steel platform, and heating is carried out from the upper part, in which heating elements and thermostats are located.
