The cooker is equipped with a durable stainless steel body and a working surface made of 6 in thick glass ceramics. The cooker has one heating zone, under which there is a copper coil. High-frequency electric current flowing through the coil creates an alternating magnetic field, inducing eddy electric currents in the bottom of the cookware and heating it and the products in it. During operation, it is not the working surface that is heated, but only the cookware itself, so there is no excess steam in the room. The tabletop induction cooker is characterized by high operating speed and energy saving. Different types of cookware are suitable for using the cooker, but it is important that the saucepan or frying pan has ferromagnetic properties. Temperature control is possible in the range from +60 to +240 ° C. There are 6 power and temperature levels. The Indokor IN5000 WOK tabletop induction cooker has a simple, clear and convenient push-button (not touch) control system, which is the best option for use in a professional kitchen, especially in small cafes and restaurants. The equipment is started by pressing the "ON / OFF" button, after which the operator can select the desired one from several operating modes.
