With its help, you can easily sauté vegetables, quickly fry meat, stew seafood, cook scrambled eggs or bring dough preparations with filling to readiness. The wide capabilities of the device ensure the versatility of its use in a professional kitchen. High cooking speed is achieved due to direct, close contact of the product surfaces with the heated working platform. Its surface is divided into two working zones, under each of which an independent group of heating elements (TENs) is built into the body. The working zones of the device also differ in the structure of the heated surface. One zone has a flat coating designed to obtain a uniform crust on the product.
