This model of the frying surface has an increased area of the working platform. The size of the frying surface is 596x430 in. The device has a flat working zone, which ensures an evenly fried crust on the entire surface of the product. The heated platform is divided into two functional zones, the operation of which is controlled independently of each other. The heating elements located under the working platform are divided into two groups. Each of them has an individual temperature control knob.
