The increased number of working zones allows you to simultaneously cook different dishes and process various food products. The surface with heating zones is a flat plane. There are no partitions between the burners and side panels of the stove, so the cook can easily move frying pans and pots from one working zone to another. Cast iron burners are heated with the help of heating elements built under them. Cast iron conducts and retains heat well, so all working zones are heated evenly, transferring the high temperature to the cookware on the stove.
