The equipment design is equipped with a high-power gear motor, which ensures the movement of knives along the surface of the heating web and high-quality mixing of products. The roaster is designed to process products of varying degrees of density, including high, for example, wet rice or other cereals. Design and operation features: • the design includes a bowl equipped with two knives and heating elements built into the bottom; • the bowl is equipped with high sides, which provide a large overall capacity of the bowl: up to 25 kg of product can be loaded into the bowl for 1 operating cycle; • the knives located on the surface of the heated cloth rotate continuously during operation; • the frying surface and sides are made of cast iron; • the side of the bowl is equipped with a lifting curtain, which provides access for automatic unloading of the fried product; • the degree of heating and temperature can be adjusted using an electronic digital control panel equipped with a digital display; • to protect against corrosion and ensure long-term operation, the heating elements of the fryer are made of stainless steel.
