The roaster is equipped with mixing knives and a powerful motor, which ensures their continuous rotation during operation. The high power of the gear motor allows mixing high-density mixtures, such as wet rice. Operating principle and design features: • roasting of seeds and other products is carried out on a massive frying surface equipped with two knives and heating elements built into the bottom; • the bowl has sides that hold the mass of the product on the frying surface and provide conditions for mixing; • the knives located above the frying surface are driven by a gear motor, which allows the knives to move above the heated zone; • the product bowl is made entirely of stainless steel; • there is a lifting curtain on the side of the working bowl, which ensures free movement of the roasted seeds into the substituted container; • the heating temperature can be adjusted using the electronic control system; • heating power adjustment is possible within the range from +60 to +280 ° C; • heating elements are made of durable stainless steel.
