The increased working volume of the pasta cooker will ensure prompt preparation of a large batch of one dish and will make it possible to quickly serve customers. Electric pasta cooker Bertos CPE40 is perfect for cooking pasta, semi-finished products (manti, vareniki, pelmeni), vegetables and similar products. The Bertos CPE40 pasta cooker has a closed neutral cabinet equipped with a hinged door. The cabinet will be an ideal place to store inventory or food products. The working tank of the pasta cooker has rounded edges, which makes it easy to clean and prevents fat and small food waste from accumulating in them. To fill the tank, use the tap located directly at the working space of the tank. The total volume of the tank is 30 liters, the useful volume is 25 liters. The bottom of the tank has a perforated structure, which guarantees stable water circulation. Heating elements (TENs) are installed at the bottom of the working tank. Also in the design of the working tank there is a wide drain hole, providing the prompt removal of excess starch that forms during cooking of products. The grade of stainless steel used in the creation of the body is AISI 316. The four supports of the Bertos CPE40 pasta cooker are equipped with a height adjustment function.
