The bain-marie is made in a floor-standing version, its design includes a stand equipped with four supporting legs. The bain-marie can be installed in a professional kitchen separately, independently of other equipment, or can be built into a kitchen technological line. The design of the Abat EMK-90P bain-marie consists of a body, a heated work bath, three compartments of different shapes for installing gastronorm containers, electromechanical equipment, a control panel, and a shelf for placing auxiliary materials. The working basin contains two GN ½ and one GN 1/1 containers. Under the containers in the working basin there are 6 heating elements (tubular heating elements), which are divided into two groups. Each of them has an independent control system. Both groups of heating elements are equipped with a thermostat knob and a signal lamp. An additional shelf of the Abat EMK-90P bain-marie can be used to store equipment, dishes, and auxiliary materials. The working basin, GN containers, shelves, support legs, and the surfaces of the bain-marie body are made entirely of stainless steel.
