The Abat GAKO-80/2N contact grill, gas, 2 burners, 100-350°C, 2 hotplates 394x648mm - one ribbed, one smooth, piezo ignition, height-adjustable legs, 16 kW, 800x750x470mm The Abat GAKO-80/2N contact grill is a frying surface with two working zones, each of which has an individual structural coating. The left half of the grill has a relief surface, the right - with a flat one. The device is used to prepare dishes by frying and direct contact with the heated surface. With this model of Abat thermal equipment, you can put the preparation of steaks, frying seafood, vegetables, and rice on stream. The cook can combine products, obtaining new combinations of flavors. The coating of both heated platforms allows using a minimum amount of fat and oils for frying. The equipment is placed on the tabletop. The frying surface is supplied fully assembled. The device operates on both natural and liquefied gas. The delivery set of the device includes two pilot nozzles for liquefied gas with a diameter of 0.19 in. Design features of the Abat GAKO-80/2N grill: • each frying zone has individual sides; • to collect dripping oils and excess fat, both working zones are equipped with retractable grease collectors that are easy to remove, clean and install in place; • heating intensity adjustment is individual for each working zone; • gas supply power is adjusted using rotary knobs; • for easy switching on of the device, the frying zones are equipped with a piezo ignition system; • the contact grill is equipped with legs with adjustable lift.
