Combined gas stove Vulcan PRG-IIA-8-1 "Maxi", floor-standing, gas control, 7 burners, 58 kW, 1945x990x850 in Combined gas stove Vulcan PRG-IIA-8-1 "Maxi" is used in the catering industry for continuous preparation of first, second and third courses in on-stove cookware, as well as for storing inventory and utensils. This model of the stove has 7 gas heat sources, 6 of which are equipped with burners, and the seventh is a monolithic flat heated platform. The stove is suitable for daily use in large canteens and cafes. Features, differences and advantages of the stove: • professional gas stove is equipped with 6 powerful burners of double-row design, as well as a hob made entirely of cast iron (cast iron has the property of retaining heat for a long time even after the burner is turned off); • open burners are equipped with massive cast-iron grates measuring 430x430 in each, which makes it possible to place pots and boilers with a capacity of about 50 liters on them; • the cast-iron flooring of the open heated platform is equipped with a specially shaped burner that evenly and quickly heats the entire surface of the working area, due to which both large gastronorm containers and many units of small-sized cookware can be installed on it; • the removable container located under the burners, as well as the body, are made of high-quality stainless steel, which makes it much easier to clean the stove; • the lower part of the stove is equipped with a niche for placing kitchen utensils; • the stove is equipped with a reliable gas control system, which eliminates gas leaks and can operate on both natural and liquefied gas; • all burners are equipped with a piezo ignition system; • the support legs of the gas stove can be adjusted in height, making it easy to compensate for uneven floors; • with the legs retracted, the stove height is 760 in, so it can be easily moved and carried through standard-width doorways.
