The Atesi Rubicon APK-6-1/1 combi steamer, 845(945)х780(845)х740mm, 10 kW, 380 V, 6 levels, GN1/1 gastronorm containers, boiler The Atesi Rubicon APK-6-1/1 combi steamer is used in the kitchens of public catering establishments to create a variety of dishes using heating and steam supply. This compact and easy-to-use device will allow you to create a wide range of dishes: from simply roasting vegetables or meat to preparing gourmet grilled dishes or continuous baking production. The wide capabilities of the combi steamer provide a wide range of ways to use it. The model can be used in cafes, restaurants, bakeries, canteens and other food production establishments. The Rubicon APK-6-1/1 combi steamer has 5 main operating modes: • heating at a temperature from +30 to +250оС; • heating at a temperature of +30 to +250 °C + steam supply; • steam supply at a heating temperature of +100 °C; • rapid chamber cooling mode; • steam supply at a temperature of +120 to +160 °C (regeneration mode). Additionally, you can activate the continuous operation mode. Design features of the Atesi Rubicon APK-6-1/1 model: • steam is generated in the boiler (built-in steam generator), which ensures advance preparation of steam and supplies it to the chamber in ready-made form; • the operation of the device is controlled by an encoder - an easy-to-use settings system with several buttons and one rotary knob; • the control panel displays all set operating parameters (temperature level, heat treatment time); • an external temperature probe is provided, allowing you to accurately determine the temperature inside each product; • a water collector inside the chamber and a built-in water collector in the door design can be used even with the door open; • before draining the waste water into the sewer, it goes through a cooling process; • the door opens in one-way mode; • the door has 2 built-in glasses, one of which (internal) is removed for easy cleaning.
