Chafindish Gastrorag 834, tabletop, removable lid, GN 1/2 food tray, water tray, 1 fuel holder, 440x310x260mm Chafindish Gastrorag 834 is designed for displaying, demonstrating, heating and quickly serving hot prepared dishes in portions. The device is installed on the tabletop and is completely independent in use. Operation of the chafindish does not require connection to the power grid. Heating of the dish in the container is carried out using hot water, which is poured into a special compartment and comes into contact with a removable heat source (located on a stand in the lower part of the structure). The Gastrorag 834 bain-marie is equipped with a removable lid that completely covers the working space of the heated container. This model of chafindish is equipped with a GN ½ size gastronorm container. The sides of the chafindish are equipped with handles for convenient rearrangement and carrying of the device. Add. tech.
