With this easy-to-use thermal equipment, you can ensure the production of large batches of products in a short period of time. The cabinet is placed in the hot shop of a professional kitchen and can be installed next to other equipment or walls at a distance of 10 cm on each side. The heating degree and gas supply power are adjusted individually for each working zone. The heating temperature varies from +100 to +280 °C.
