Ice maker Mec KP 60/40A, 60 kg/day, cube ice, 40 kg bin, air cooling, stainless steel body, 740x605x915 in, 0.85 kW, 230 V Ice maker Mec KP 60/40A is used in modern bars, restaurants and cafes for industrial ice production. The device produces cube ice weighing at least 18 grams. The ice production speed is 60 kg per day. The built-in bin serves as a storage space for the formed ice. The scope of application of the finished product is cooling drinks. Ice maker Mec KP 60/40A has an air cooling system. For optimal operation of the ice maker, it is important to ensure air circulation, for which the so-called "air pockets" (additional space around the ice maker body) must be provided during installation. The Mec KP 60/40A cube ice maker is equipped with a capacious bin for ready-made ice, which can accommodate at least 40 kg of ice. The body of the device is made of durable stainless steel, guaranteeing resistance to corrosion and a high degree of strength. The principle of operation of the Mec KP 60/40A ice maker is to fill the forms of the horizontal evaporator with water. Water is supplied to the forms from the nozzles of the injection system. The evaporator forms are made in the form of truncated cones. Ready ice cubes are automatically placed in the bin, where they are stored at an optimal temperature that allows each cube to maintain its shape. Industrial ice makers Mec ensure high speed of ice production and guarantee a stable availability of the required amount of ice for the daily needs of the enterprise.
