Its difference lies in the economical use of water, as well as the need to create "air pockets" (additional air space) next to the ice maker during installation. The principle of operation of the ice maker Mec KP 45/15A is based on the functioning of the spray system, which supplies water through nozzles to the forms of the horizontal evaporator. Each form is made in the form of a truncated cone facing downwards. Water fills the forms, after which it freezes. The finished ice cubes are exposed to the heat of the evaporator, after which they fall into the built-in bin. The mass of the finished ice cubes is 18 grams. The bin of the ice maker Mec KP 45/15A is designed to store 15 kg of ice. Industrial ice makers Mec are made of high-quality durable materials that are not subject to corrosion. Thus, the KP 45/15A model has a body made of stainless steel. The forms of the horizontal evaporator are made of copper. You can buy the ice maker Mec KP 45/15A at the lowest cost in our company.
