Ice maker Mec KP 300/W, 300 kg/day, cube ice, without hopper, water cooling, stainless steel body, 1255x595x860 in, 2.7 kW, 230 V Ice maker Mec KP 300/W is designed for use in bars and kitchens of catering establishments. The ice maker of this model produces cube ice at a stable rate of 300 kg per day. Uninterrupted ice production is ensured by a water-type cooling system. During operation of the ice maker, complete independence from external humidity and temperature indicators is guaranteed, which makes the operation of the ice maker relevant for establishments that are not equipped with climate control equipment. The cube ice maker Mec KP 300/W is supplied without a hopper. The device can be installed close to other professional equipment in the kitchen. It can also be built into a bar counter. The operating principle of the Mec KP 300/W ice maker is to feed water through the nozzles of the injection system into the copper molds of the horizontal evaporator. In the molds, the water is frozen, and the finished ice subsequently undergoes short-term high-temperature treatment to separate it from the walls of the evaporator molds. Mec industrial ice makers produce ice using the environmentally friendly refrigerant R 404 A. The ice makers are manufactured in a tropical climate class, so their operation is permissible at temperatures up to +43°C and high humidity. The ice cube makers have a durable body made entirely of stainless steel.
