Ice maker Brema CB-640W, 65 kg/day, cube ice, 40 kg bin, water cooling, stainless steel body, 740x600x920 in, 0.65 kW, 220 V Ice maker Brema CB-640W is a professional machine for producing food cube ice. Cube ice is used in bars, cafes and restaurants for cooling drinks and making cocktails. The performance of this model (up to 65 kg per day) allows installing the equipment in medium and large catering establishments. Ice maker Brema CB-640W uses a water cooling system of the condenser. The main advantage of this type of cooling is the stable level of efficiency of the ice maker even in unstable climatic conditions. To connect the machine, a cold water supply with a pressure in the water supply system from 0.1 to 0.6 MPa is required. A mechanical filter is installed between the water supply and the inlet hose, which must be cleaned periodically. The Brema CB-640W ice maker comes with a built-in bin that can store up to 40 kg of ready-made ice. A sensor that records the ice level is installed inside the bin. Thanks to this, the machine automatically stops working when the bin is full and resumes ice production when the ice is used up. The body of the ice maker is made of stainless steel. The high-quality compressor runs on ozone-safe freon and ensures silent operation of the machine. Special “sprayers system” technology monitors the condition of the spray nozzles and allows them to be replaced in a timely manner. All these conditions guarantee the reliability and durability of the Brema CB-640W ice maker.
