Ice maker Brema CB-249W, 28 kg/day, cube ice, 9 kg bin, water cooling, stainless steel body, 390x460x690 in, 0.37 kW, 220 V Ice maker Brema CB-249W is indispensable in small establishments that need a constant supply of cube ice for cooling drinks and making cocktails. The capacity of the device is up to 28 kg of edible ice per day. Ice maker Brema CB-249W operates on a system of vertical water spraying from the bottom up from spray nozzles, the condition of which is controlled by the device. This allows you to replace sprinklers in time, on which limescale deposits form over time. Ice maker Brema CB-249W is equipped with a built-in bin, which can hold and keep in its original form up to 9 kg of ready ice. The accumulator automatically stops its operation when the chamber is full and resumes ice production as it is consumed. The Brema CB-249W ice maker uses a water cooling system for the evaporator, which ensures stable operation of the device regardless of climatic conditions. To install the device, a cold water supply with a pressure of 0.1 to 0.6 MPa is required. The optimum water temperature for use by the device is 10 °C. The efficiency of the Brema CB-249W ice maker also depends on the quality of the water used, therefore, when installing the equipment, a mechanical filter is installed, which requires periodic cleaning. The quality of the Brema CB-249W ice maker is ensured by the main part of the refrigeration equipment - the compressor. In the production of the Brema CB-249W ice maker, a high-quality compressor is used, guaranteeing silent and uninterrupted operation of the device.
