Food grade stainless steel was used to create functional parts that come into contact with water and the finished product. The main difference: the model is equipped with a water cooling system for the condenser, which allows you to build the device directly into the bar counter or install it close to other kitchen or bar equipment (without the need to leave air "pockets" on each side around the body). This option for placing the ice generator is especially relevant for businesses with a small workspace. The future user should remember that to install an ice generator with a water cooling system, it will be necessary to provide a water supply and drainage (connection to the water supply and sewerage system, respectively). The Abat LG-46/25K-01 ice generator provides a full ice making cycle, which consists of the following stages: • stage 1 - filling the built-in bath with water; • stage 2 - freezing the water; • stage 3 - defrosting the frozen cubes and placing ice in the bunker space.
