The type of ice produced is finger ice. This ice is perfect for adding to cocktails and soft drinks, as well as for cooling champagne and bottled wine. The design of the Gastrorag DB-26 ice maker includes a capacious ice bin designed for 7 kg of finished product. Access to the bin space is provided through a hinged lid in the central part of the body. When a batch of ice is taken from the bin, the ice maker automatically starts working and produces the missing amount of ice, ensuring the constant presence of ice in the bin. The industrial ice maker Gastrorag DB-26 has a durable stainless steel body, fully protected from negative external influences.
