Ice maker Brema Muster 350 has high productivity - up to 320 kg per day. Flake ice is widely used in meat processing plants and in retail outlets producing large volumes of products. Flake ice does not stick together, does not crumble, retains its appearance for a long time and due to the large area of contact with the surface of the product provides a quick cooling effect. In the production of ice makers Brema Muster 350 two types of condenser cooling are used: air and water. The efficiency of a water-cooled ice maker does not decrease at any time of the year. Such ice makers are supplied with cold drinking water with a pressure inside the system from 0.1 to 0.6 MPa.
