The scope of the device is cafes, restaurants, supermarket sales areas, entertainment centers, city parks and other points of mass gathering of people. The batch freezer is designed not only for making dessert, but also for demonstrating the process of its creation. The design of the Frigomat GX 2 W batch freezer includes two working cylinders equipped with individual control panels, a durable steel body, two transparent lids, stands for placing gastronorm containers, a washing system for cleaning work surfaces, and four mobile wheels that guarantee high mobility of the device. To connect the batch freezer, a 380V power supply is required. The capacity of each working bin is 2.5 kg. In one hour of operation, at least 10 kg of dessert can be created in each of the bins. The principle of creating soft ice cream in the working chambers of the batch freezer is based on combining the processes of freezing and mixing the food mass. A two-blade mixer is used to mix food products, the design of which ensures effective capture of products throughout the entire working volume of the bin. The surfaces of the working bins are made of stainless steel. The lids are made of impact-resistant plastic. The control system type is mechanical. All operating parameters are set manually by the operator before starting work. The control panel is equipped with a timer for setting the product freezing time.
