The device is used for freezing and mixing pre-prepared mass, which is poured into the working cylinder. The batch freezer is made in a floor-standing version and is equipped with swivel wheels, so no additional neutral equipment is required for its installation. The increased capacity of the working cylinder ensures a long uninterrupted cycle of soft ice cream production. In the process of creating dessert, the batch freezer Frigomat G30 cools and mixes the food mass placed in the container, so the finished ice cream gets a uniform structure. The possibility of hardening of individual parts of the food mass is completely eliminated. The Frigomat G30 batch freezer produces at least 30 kg of product per hour. The electromechanical control system of the device is equipped with a multi-position adjustment handle, with which you can easily set the desired intensity of mixing the product. All other indicators of the batch freezer are also set manually. The batch freezer of this model has a function for programming the operating time in the food mass freezing mode.
