Their use allows you to serve fish and seafood to the end consumer in the best possible way. All models of the series are made of stainless steel AISI 304, especially resistant to corrosion and with a high hygiene factor. The doors are equipped with reliable magnetic seals and closers. As well as an ergonomic handle, which is structurally made the entire height of the door of the refrigerated cabinet. Rounding of the internal corners in all models and the removable rack system, as well as the drain, significantly increase the ease of sanitary cleaning of the product. Adjustable plastic legs, resistant to corrosion in particularly humid rooms, will allow you to adapt the height to any unevenness of the floor. In order to control humidity, this series uses a special SAMAREF technology "return air system", due to which a specified adjustable humidity level is maintained. The air flow is diverted along the walls along the entire height of the refrigerated cabinet, avoiding contact with the product. Due to this, the product does not become airy, uniform cooling of products and better preservation of their nutritional qualities are achieved. The technology of equipment operation developed by SAMAREF guarantees energy saving, and the refusal of freon guarantees careful attitude to the environment, as well as the compressors of all models operate on environmentally friendly refrigerant R404a. As an additional option for the FISH refrigerated cabinet, plastic trays with perforation are available, this provides better preservation of the final product and provides an easy way of sanitary cleaning.
