It is used in food production and in the catering sector. Shock freezing allows you to preserve the taste of products, prevent weathering and shrinkage, and significantly extend the shelf life of goods. The design of the shock freezing chamber BCF 11-T1-R is a heat-insulated body made of three-layer sandwich panels 80 in thick. The sandwich panels are fastened together with tie locks. The outer casing of the chamber is made of high-quality galvanized steel with a white polymer coating. The inside of the chamber is lined with stainless steel AISI 304, which is resistant to corrosion. The complete set of the shock freezing chamber BCF 11-T1-R includes: - chamber, - compressor-condenser unit, - tray for collecting condensate from the evaporator, - temperature sensor-probe designed to control the cooling and freezing processes. The door of the shock freezing chamber BCF 11-T1-R has a reliable seal along the perimeter, which allows to minimize the influx of warm air into the cooled volume. At the customer’s request, the door hinges can be located either on the right or on the left side of the chamber.
