Rapid high-speed cooling allows you to preserve the original properties of ingredients, stop the activity of microorganisms, preserve the original shape and volume of dishes, and significantly increase the potential shelf life. Equipment of this type is suitable for use on the territory of public catering establishments, as well as in grocery stores, supermarkets and food production. Distinctive features of the HICOLD W10TEN blast freezer: • an air cooling system is provided; • the cabinet differs from conventional refrigeration units in that frozen products in it do not become covered with ice and do not decrease in weight; • the model is made entirely of stainless steel. Cabinet operating modes: • cooling mode: lasts at least 90 minutes and reduces the temperature from +90 to +3 °C; up to 40 kg of products can be loaded into the chamber; • freezing mode: lasts at least 240 minutes and reduces the temperature from +90 to -18 °C; up to 28 kg of products can be loaded into the chamber. Other features: • the chamber is designed for 10 levels, each of which can accommodate a 600x400 in baking tray; • the HICOLD W10TEN blast freezer model is distinguished by low energy consumption; • access to the working cooled chamber opens through one blind hinged door; • support legs are provided in the lower part of the structure; • all chamber elements are made of environmentally friendly materials.
