The blast freezer is used in cases where the dish was not consumed immediately after preparation, but can be used for serving later. Shock cooling in the chamber of the Coldline W5TGO cabinet prevents the growth of bacteria and stops the spoilage of products, which allows you to preserve their natural taste, aroma and appearance. The spacious chamber of the Coldline W5TGO blast chiller is designed to load 5 GN 1/1 trays. Different dishes or products can be frozen or cooled at the same time. The range of cooling temperatures for products varies from +90°C to +3°C. The one-time loading capacity in cooling mode is 14 kilograms. Freezing is carried out within the temperature range from +90°C to -18°C. In freezing mode, the chamber can accommodate up to 10 kilograms of products. The body of the blast chiller, as well as the surfaces of the working chamber, are made entirely of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. The walls of the body have a strong and dense stitching of insulating material 60 in thick. Air cooling is performed using safe refrigerant R404a. The device maintains functionality at high ambient temperatures: up to +43°C. The evaporator defrosts automatically. The Coldline W5TGO blast chiller and freezers have a hinged blind door with a built-in handle and adjustable feet (10 to 15 cm). The door opening angle is 105 degrees. The Coldline W5TGO blast chiller comes with: - a set of UV lamps for air sterilization, - a temperature probe, - a set of 4 movable wheels. Additional tech.
