The blast freezer is suitable for placement in the kitchens of cafes, small restaurants, bakeries and pizzerias. The cabinet of this model, having compact dimensions, has a spacious chamber. In the chamber of the blast freezer Coldline W3TGO, the product temperature quickly decreases, which has a number of obvious advantages. Firstly, the growth and reproduction of bacteria is prevented, which is inevitable when a dish cools down spontaneously or products are stored in the chamber of a refrigerated cabinet. Secondly, shock freezing preserves the natural taste and aroma of products. Hot, freshly prepared dishes are cooled from +90°C to +3°C. Food products are frozen from +90°C to -18°C. The Coldline W3TGO blast chiller and freezers can withstand high room temperatures (up to +43°C), which allows them to be used in kitchens that are not equipped with an air conditioning system. The blast chiller chamber contains three GN 2/3 containers. The body is equipped with a reliable insulation system. The thickness of the heat-insulating layer in the chamber walls is 50 in. The outer surfaces and the walls of the working chamber are made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. The door opening angle is 180°. The door handle is built into the upper part of the structure and has no protruding corners. The Coldline W3TGO blast chiller is controlled using a multifunctional electronic control panel.
