The model is designed for 6 loading levels, which means that you can cook up to 6 different dishes at a time. By combining humidity parameters, heating level and air acceleration intensity, you can create dishes from vegetables, all types of meat and seafood, bake pastries, confectionery and much more. The Grill Master PKE/I injector combi steamer has the following characteristics: • access to the oven chamber is opened through the door, equipped with heat-resistant double glass; • the door opens in 2 stages, which allows you to safely release steam; • the chamber steam humidification system is injection, which means that water is supplied to the chamber by injections, where it instantly evaporates, turning into steam; • the steam humidification system has 3 automatic operating modes, and also provides for the possibility of manual injection; • the chamber and the body are made entirely of stainless steel; • the chamber can accommodate GN 1/1 baking sheets or 600x400 in baking sheets; • the delivery set includes 2 baking sheets; • an electronic control system with waterproof buttons ensures easy setting of all operating parameters; • the model is equipped with a shower device, which allows you to quickly clean the walls of the working chamber; • a timer is provided for up to 120 minutes; • the heating temperature in the chamber is regulated within the range from +50 to +320 °C; • the chamber has a lighting system.
