The model is designed for 6 loading levels, which means that you can cook up to 6 different dishes at a time. By combining humidity parameters, heating level and air acceleration intensity, you can create dishes from vegetables, all types of meat and seafood, cook pastries, confectionery and much more. A special feature of the model is its gas connection. The air in the working chamber is heated using one gas burner. The Grill Master PKE/G injector combi steamer has the following characteristic features: • access to the oven chamber opens through a door equipped with heat-resistant double glass; • the door opens in 2 stages, which allows you to safely release steam; • the chamber steam humidification system is injection, which means that water is supplied to the chamber by injections, where it instantly evaporates, turning into steam; • the chamber and the body are completely made of stainless steel; • the chamber can accommodate GN/1 baking trays or 600x400 in baking sheets; • an electronic control system with waterproof buttons ensures easy setting of all operating parameters; • the model is equipped with a shower device, which allows you to quickly clean the walls of the working chamber; • a timer is provided for up to 120 minutes; • the chamber has a lighting system.
