The hood allows you to effectively clean the air in the kitchen from oils, fat, steam and other contaminants that inevitably accumulate in the heat treatment zone during cooking. The Abat ЗВВ-600 wall-mounted exhaust hood structurally consists of 3 components: • steel body; • removable labyrinth-type filter; • powerful fan. Connection to the combi steamer is carried out using a special power cable. The operating principle of the exhaust hood is based on air suction by a built-in powerful fan and its further supply to the space of the labyrinth filters. There, fat and oil vapors undergo a condensation process due to the temperature difference, after which they enter the grease collector - a special sealed bath installed in the body of the exhaust hood. The liquid separated from the fat flows down the drain pipe with a G 1/2'' thread. The exhaust hood is used together with the Abat PKA-6-1/3P combi steamer.
