The PMPE11 first course bain-marie counter (2 burners, one shelf, LED backlighting, cough suppressant, 1120 in) 1120x705/1030x1245 The PMPE11 first course bain-marie counter is designed to maintain the set temperature of first courses during short-term storage in a hot state in on-stove boilers and to serve them to consumers. The PMPE11 first course bain-marie counter is used at public catering establishments independently or as part of technological lines in hot shops and distribution lines in self-service canteens. The product is intended for use in rooms with artificially regulated climatic conditions. The product consists of a lower module, a shelf and a tray guide. A shelf is installed on the countertop of the lower module. A welded frame is mounted in the lower module, on which the countertop with burners is installed. In the lower module on the service personnel side there is a removable control panel, which contains: the handles of the burner power switches, a key switch and signal lamps. The switch handles are used to turn on, turn off and adjust the power of the burners in stages. By turning the switch handle clockwise, voltage is supplied to the burner and the yellow signal lamp (heating) lights up. The step-by-step regulation of the burner power is carried out by setting the switch handle to positions 1, 2 and 3, which determines the degree of heating: weak, medium, strong, respectively. The burner is turned off by setting the switch handle to position 0. In this case, the yellow signal lamp ("Work") goes out. The key switch turns on the built-in LED lamp. The lamp is located under the upper tier of the shelf and is designed to illuminate the shelf and burners. The white signal lamp ("Network") indicates the presence of supply voltage on the product, the yellow one ("Work") - about the operation of the burner. Behind the control panel there is a terminal block for connecting the power cable. On the service personnel side, an equipotential clamp is located on the base of the product under the control panel. It is possible to cover it with decorative film, decorative panels and illuminate the front panel of the lower module as an additional option. To tighten the tray guides of adjacent counters, a bolt and M6 nuts are included in the delivery set (the front beam of the tray guide has a hole). The shelf is used for laying out portioned dishes. The height of the product is adjusted using supports.
