The model copes well with heating broths, soups, porridges with a liquid consistency and reliably maintains the set temperature level. The electric bain-marie Luxstahl MPI-1200 is made in a floor-standing design. The equipment can be installed in the sales area of a restaurant or cafe separately from other kitchen facilities. However, it is additionally possible to embed the bain-marie in the food distribution line. The main distinguishing feature of the model is the type of installed burners - induction. This heating system allows you to set the set heating power level immediately after turning the thermostat knob. Heating starts immediately at the set temperature. Distinctive features of the Luxstahl MPI-1200 first course bain-marie: • two induction burners are used to heat dishes; • a container with a prepared dish is installed above each heating zone; • thus, the Luxstahl MPI-1200 bain-marie can be used for simultaneous portioning of two different dishes; • each heating zone is equipped with an individual control system, including multi-position temperature packet switches; • the front side of the bain-marie body is equipped with a section of guides, which is used to move and install baking sheets; • the upper part of the bain-marie structure is equipped with a wide additional shelf; • excellent visibility is provided by the built-in lighting system; • the Luxstahl MPI-1200 1-course bain-marie is made of high-quality stainless steel; • the design is equipped with support legs, the height of which is easily adjusted if necessary to compensate for uneven floors (in addition, the ability to adjust the height of the supports makes it possible to choose the most suitable level of the guides above the floor surface).
