Tecnoinox PN35L7 work surface, tabletop, work surface without drawer, 350x700x280 in Tecnoinox PN35L7 work surface is used to perform mechanical operations with food products before their heat treatment. With this device, you can beat, cut, crumble, knead, roll out and perform other actions. The use of the work surface will be relevant for catering establishments, as well as in supermarkets and food markets. The model is equipped with a reinforced surface and complemented by a cutting board made of chemically neutral food grade plastic. The surfaces of the device body are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. In the lower part of the structure there are support legs that allow you to securely fix the device on the production table.
