Island ventilation hood Atesi ZVO-1600/2000, 1600x2000x500mm, AISI430, exhaust, collapsible Island hood Atesi ZVO-1600/2000 is designed for use in professional kitchens as ventilation equipment. The hood is designed to neutralize the effects of frying and cooking products, boiling water and other operations. The device provides effective air ventilation and complete removal of soot, grime, fats and oils. The ventilation hood Atesi ZVO-1600/2000 eliminates excess moisture and prevents the spread of specific odors. The hood of this model has an island design and therefore is installed above the centrally located heating equipment. The hood must be connected to the exhaust system installed in the hot shop. Optionally, the hood can be equipped with a lamp and fans. The hood body is made entirely of food grade stainless steel. The grade of steel used is AISI 430.
