Installation of the counter allows organizing fast serving of dishes to visitors and their prompt sale. A cash register for settlements with customers can be installed next to the counter. The refrigerated display counter Abat ПКМ-70КМА is a mini-dispensing line, since its design includes its key elements: a refrigerated display case, bain-maries for first and second courses, as well as neutral equipment. The model of the refrigerated counter in question stands out with its original design: the front side of the equipment is covered with decorative panels in the color "red gold". The refrigerated display case is used to display and cool desserts, drinks and salads. Three built-in shelves and gastronorm containers located in the lower part in a cooled bath are used for their placement. The total demonstration area of the shelves of the display case is 1.04 m2. Air cooling in the working volume of the display case is carried out in the range from 1 to 10 ° C. Forced air circulation is carried out in the chamber, which contributes to rapid cooling of the products. The counter chamber is equipped with a lighting system.
