2-course chafing dish Abat PMES-70KM-80, 2 shelves, lighting, gastronorm container included, L=1500mm The Abat PMES-70KM-80 chafing dish is designed for heating, temporary storage, demonstration, portioning and sale of side dishes and 2 courses. The electric chafing dish Abat PMES-70KM-80 is perfect for use in restaurants, cafeterias and on the territory of bistro-type establishments. The chafing dish can be installed as part of the Abat Asta food distribution line. Different types of gastronorm containers are used to place prepared dishes: • GN 1/1x150 gastronorm container – 2 pcs., • GN 1/2x150 gastronorm container – 2 pcs., • GN 1/3x150 gastronorm container – 3 pcs. Gastronorm containers are included in the chafing dish kit. Each Gastronorm container is covered with a protective lid, which guarantees effective maintenance of the set temperature. Gastronorm containers are placed in a spacious heated bath, which has 4 built-in heating elements. The heating elements are distributed throughout the bath, which ensures uniform heating of dishes in each Gastronorm container. Two additional shelves located above the heating bath are used for laying out dishes, confectionery, bakery products and various packaged goods. The Abat PMES-70KM-80 electric food warmer is equipped with a number of guides used for moving baking sheets. Reliable fixation of the food warmer on the floor surface is ensured by four supporting legs.
